.5oz simple syrup
.25oz lime juice
1.5oz grapefruit juice
1.5 oz Sparkling Grapefruit

Technique: shake and strain, top with sparkling grapefruit

Glassware/Garnish: collin’s glass, 1/2 tajin rim, lime wedge on edge, straw
