Imperfect Tense: was/were verbing, used to verb
1st/2nd Conjugations
a. Drop the -re from the 2nd principal part
b. Add -bam, -bās, -bat, -bāmus, -bātis, -bant
3rd/4th Conjugations
a. Drop the -ō from the 2nd principal part
b. Add -ēbam, -ēbās, -ēbat, -ēbāmus, -ēbatis, -ēbant
Present Tense: verb(s), do/does verb, am/are/is verbing
1st/2nd Conjugations
a. Drop the -re from the 2nd principal part
b. Add -ō, -s, -t, -mus, -tis, -nt
N.B. -a + -ō = -ō
3rd/4th Conjugations
a. Drop the -ō from the 1st principal part
b. Add -ō, -is, -it, imus, itis, unt
N.B. -i + -i = -i
Future Tense: will verb

ALL Conjugations
a. Drop the -ī from the 3rd principal part
b. Add -ī, -istī, -it, -imus, -istis, -ērunt
Pluperfect Tense: had verbed
ALL Conjugations
a. Drop the -ī from the 3rd principal part
b. Add -eram, -erās, erat, -erāmus, -erātis, erant
Future Perfect Tense: will have verbed
ALL Conjugations
a. Drop the ī from the 3rd principal part
b. Add -erō, eris, erit, -erimus, -eritis, -erint
Positive Imperatives: Verb!
ALL Conjugations
a. singular: drop the -re from the 2nd principal part
b. plural: Change the -re to -te (except in 3rd conjugation, change the -ere to -ite)
Negative Imperatives: Don’t verb!
ALL Conjugations
a. singular: Nōlī + 2nd principal part (2 words)
b. plural: Nōlīte + 2nd principal part (2 words)
