What part of the act sets out the definition of Ts improvements?
s15 = “any physical improvement made”

What requirements/conditions/tests must be met for the Ts Improvement to be compensated?
Under S16- the improvement being attached to the holding at the end of the tenancy to be able to claim compensation for the improvement

Under s20 = measure of compensation is the amount equal to the increase attributable to the improvement in the value of the holding at the termination of the tenancy as land comprised in a tenancy
