A tenancy license is what?
A tenancy is a type of ownership.
A License form is permission to occupy
Can be withdrawn at any time
Evictions
-Local authority (not the police)
-Landlord to serve valid notice
-Does not end persons right to remain
- Possession order alone is a criminal offence
- Landlord has to go to the court + apply for a warrant for a bailiffs eviction
-without bailiffs warrant is an offence
- over seen by bailiff or high court officer
- Officers have to be present at lock charge

-Do not work outside of office hours.
- illegal eviction (if done so)
Harrasment
Acts that are done that are likely to cause the occupier to give up accommodation.
- demand for money
- persistent visits
- seizing belongs
- disconnecting utilities
- entering without permission
- persistent emails + tasks

- council can - criminal prosecution
- Ban from managing properties
