Tell me how you’d check that the brakes are working before starting a journey
Test brakes as you set off. They shouldn’t feel spongy or slack and the vehicle shouldn’t pull to one side.

Check between min and max markings if too low top up with water and anti-freeze mix when engine is cold.

Look between high and low markers. If low top up with correct fluid from car manual.
