Tell me how you’d check that the brakes are working before starting a journey.
Before starting the engine, you would press the brake pedal, and it shouldn’t feel spongy or slack, and when driving, the car shouldn’t pull to one side.
Tell me where you would find the information for the recommended tyre pressures for this car and how tyre pressures should be checked.
You would use a reliable pressure gauge and put it against the valve of the tyre. It should be the same as in the manufacturer’s guide.
It’s best to check when the tyre is cold so you don’t get a false reading

First, turn on the engine. Then, turn the end of the left stalk fully anticlockwise so that the green light comes up on the dashboard. Finally, you can go outside the car and check to see that 2 lights are at the front and back of the car.

You would use it when visibility is less than 100 metres. And to turn it on, you would turn the end of the left stalk anticlockwise, and then the inner ring so that an orange light appears on the dashboard.

Turn on the engine, twist the end of the left stalk, and then push the whole stalk away from you. A blue symbol will appear on the dashboard once turned on.
