Tell me about yourself Flashcards
Tell me about a time you experienced conflict in the workplace?
In my previous role at Barton Associates there was an issue with a provider being scheduled to work at 2 different hospitals at the same time. There was a difference in opinion as to which hospital the provider should work at. I wanted the provider to work at the hospital I had an ongoing relationship with, and my coworker wanted the provider to go to her client, who was generating more revenue for the company. We came up with a solution that the provider should go to my coworkers hospital and I would provide discounted services and reschedule the provider at my facility. This created some issues, however the relationship was saved at my facility.
