I have been lucky in my life to get a lot more /i am grateful for that/getting attention or paying attention/my attention narrows and every thing else in the world that might be bothering me or might grab my attention ,it all goes away and I am just there and that feeling that Is what i love/ new technology has allowed more and more people to have this powerful feeling of getting attention /
