LAY AUDIENCE
may or may not have more knowledge than the lay audience about the subject but they need knowledge so they can make decision about the issue
MANAGERIAL AUDIENCE
- they are often ‘theorists’ or ‘practitioners’
- their document formats are often elaborate and technical, style and vocabulary may be specialized or technical, source citations are reliable
EXPERTS AUDIENCE
refers to the proper coverage of your topics in appropriate detail
DOCUMENT ACCURACY
concerns the careful use of language to express meaning
STYLISTIC ACCURACY
recquires stylistic accuracy but is not based solely on it
TECHNICAL ACCURACY
