Machine sewing definition

A
  1. Turn the stitch selector to zigzag stitch.
  2. Change the length of your stitch to around 1 or 2 on the dial.
  3. Change the width of the stitch on the adjacent dial to around 4 or 5.
  4. Place the fabric, pinned in preparation, under the presser foot at the edge of the fabric complying to the seam allowance.
  5. Pull down the secured and apply light pressure to the foot pedal to begin sewing, begin with a triple stitch, running stitch and then triple stitch finish.
