Straighten: relocate items that will never be used in a station, put items that may be required at some point in drawers, find location for regularly used items

Sustain: Put items back where they belong, keep stations clutter-free

What is HIPPA?
A rule that protects medical records and other personal health information maintained by health care providers. It empowers patients by guaranteeing them access to their medical records and more control over how their protected health information is used and/or disclosed
What can a patient to get authorization for release of PHI if they can’t get it themselves?
If a patient is unable to pickup a printout in person, you can offer to mail it to them, making sure it’s sent in a separate envelope to prevent hippa violation
They can fill out an authorization for the release of phi to authorize someone else to pick it up for them. The form must be kroger approved and the patient must still fill out the mes request form in order for you to process their request
