We don’t always expect first move from our colleagues for Donut meetings. We engage with them as soon as we get a notification and have time to plan a call.

We attend to the Slack status of the colleagues we plan contacting to (see if someone is on vacation/ on focus mode).

We respond to messages/ polls/ feedback requests whenever our attendance is needed.
