However, in his primary role as Learning Technology Specialist, Brandon’s primary focus is on the overall strategic design, development, implementation, and deployment of digital learning technologies and solutions. This includes serving as Lead LMS Administrator, resourcing testing and quality control, providing technical and operations support, and developing technical specs and usability standards.
Who analyzes and organizes content, designs solutions, writes storyboards, scripts, and oversees the full lifecycle of the project?

Mike’s role of Sr. Instructional Designer is summarized as responsible for the overall strategic and applied design and rapid development of training materials, methods and assessments that maximize knowledge transfer and participant learning and retention for assigned e-Learning project and recommending the same for team projects. He provides leadership in the instructional direction and concept development of assigned projects, project planning and the overall project management of those assignments.
Who maintains the ODC guidelines website and ensures that all projects maintain prescribed standards while simultaneously on a mission to rescue those same projects (and the world) from faulty parallelisms, idioms, vague pronouns, and sentence fragments?
Katherine Palmer.
Katherine works with ISDs, subject matter experts, and content developers to write, adapt and edit technical documents for assigned education/training products and support materials while ensuring adherence to product guidelines and standards and tone and style appropriate to the audience and application. Katherine also identifies and corrects grammatical and technical corrections in print and digital courses, products, videos, webpages, blogs, and technical drawings, striving for conciseness, consistency, and correctness of subject matter.
Who responds to helpdesk tickets, conducts purchase to completion testing on all new OnDemand courses, and hosted over 200 hours worth of web seminar sessions in 2018?
