What is Prescribed misconduct

Answer 1

1. anything considered to as unprofessional,
   dishonourable or unworthy conduct as per legislation
2. practitioner must abide by the rule set out in the Attorneys Act 53 of 1979;
3. Abide by the rules set by the Law Society within the province of the practitioner and any other legislation that prescribes misconduct
