Then all 4 compare notes.
Then more complicated tasks _ groups get larger enabling all to participate.

2.Fishbowl_ inner groups perform / outer groups give feedback.
After 20 minutes roles reverse.
3.Group round _ Everyone says something in turn. Helps engage all at the start.
4.Circular questioning _ Question( prepared by member or tutor ) another group member.
5.Using triggers _ scenarios; videos; pictures for PBL.
6.Baliant groups _ Meet regularly to discuss patient issues.
