Structive earth
The earth is made up of three different layers: the crust, the mantle and the core.
The mantle ,inner core outer core and the crust
The crust is made of solid rocks and minerals. Beneath the crust is the mantle, which is also mostly solid rocks and minerals, but punctuated by malleable areas of semi-solid magma. At the center of the Earth is a hot, dense metal core.
How do plates move
When the heat from radioactive processes within the planets interior causes the plates to move sometimes towards and sometimes away
What are the different plate boundaries
Pacific plate north American plate Eurasian plate South American plate
How do convection currents work
? Convection works by areas of a liquid or gas heating or cooling greater than their surroundings, causing differences in temperature.
