If lost or destroyed the Co. Commander must forward a report through the Chain of Command to the Admin. Division within 30 days. The Notebook must be replaced at the FF’s expense.

Probies are required to continue their reading for 3 years .
Probie = Review weekly, Initial & date in blue or black ink.
O.O.D = Review Each tour the FF works initial & date in red ink.
Co. Commander = Review Monthly initial & date in red ink.
