Injury to the brain caused by trauma to the head.

- Closed = Diffuse axonal injury, concussion, intracranial haematoma or cerebral contusion
- Open
- Crushing

- Frontal lobe
- Behavioural changes, trouble recognizing familiar people, new fears and unexplained depression/anxiety
