Diagnosis of TB in Children
A
1.Clinical presentation
. ≥ 2 week history of cough or wheeze
Persistent fever
Weight loss
Failure to thrive, and difficulty gaining weight may occur.
Unusual fatigue
Physical signs suggestive of TB e.g. enlarged lymph glands and night sweat.
