(4) if you’ve had a homestead exemption in the past that you were not entitled to-
1) lien placed against your property for amount of exemption
2) 50% penalty
3) 15% per annum for each year that exemption was fraudulent
4) statue allows lien to be placed retroactively for up to 10 years
Immune property-
