Why did you start project Z
It all started in the gutter born to a homeless mother and the father that I never met when I grew up I started projects he even though I knew it would be a financial loss because I wanted to give children who grew up like me something I didn’t have growing up, a home

Funding from the city at first, but after I bought the panels out of my own pocket money

Yes, I had the permits in order to start it
Why did you hire Emerson turnkin
I knew he would keep everyone safe and still get the work done officially in a proper manner
What are the conditions at the site on your visit in January?
The foundation was Barely laid and what was done was covered in graffiti
How were the squatters acting on the site?
They were reckless and sabotaging the work that we had done
What did you Instruct turnkin to do?
I told Emerson to follow the code protect the workers as best he could, but also double down on making progress
What did you do to keep the squatters safe?
We put up a fence to keep the squatters from putting themselves in danger
Where are you worried when the final weights of the panels came in?
Yes, I didn’t think we’d be able to continue
What did Micah think about lifting and the unfavorable conditions?
He assured us that he can pull it off before the big winds and that the limit was always set below Max capacity So, on his advice, I decided to go ahead
Who made the decision to go ahead with the lift?
Micah, Emerson and I. Grace was hesitant, but both Emerson and Micah seemed to think we should go ahead, and I agreed. Grace did not stop us
What was the reason for the final Red flag?
Another squatter Grace wanted a full sweep but I knew Micah didn’t want to leave the panels in the air any longer than absolutely necessary so I ordered a minimum quick sweep

In the managers office
