What is Guardmount?
Formal military formation and the first call to duty for SF personnel
When a FC reports for duty prior to guardmount what are their initial tasks?
- Review blotter from previous 24 hours
- recieve pass-ons (briefing) from off going flight chief
When conducting guardmount what must a FC do and/or disseminate?
- Roll Call
- Assess Fit for duty
- Conduct open ranks once per cycle
- discrepancies
- pass-ons (changes in pocedures, event/incidents previous shift)
- RIEVC, Selectives, CSM, RAM schedule
- Wpns, Veh, and Safety Briefings
- Appointments
- guardmount training
Guardmount provides the flight leadership the opportunity to ensure personnel:
- Fit for Duty
- Possess requried equipment
- Comply with Dress and Personal Appearance standards
How often are flight exercises conducted?
once per shift
What must happen once an exercise has been conducted?
- Blotter entry will be made IDing the scenario used
- Feedback and evaluations will conducted immediately afterwards
How often are post checks conducted?
Once per shift
How are RAMs RIEVCs , and Selectives are conducted?
IAW listings provided by S2 or ATR
How often our dormitory walkthroughs conducted?
once per shift
How often are Housing community Policings conducted?
once per shift
How often are RAB checks conducted?
once per shift for 1 hour
How often are kennel checks conducted?
- Every 4 hours during non-duty hours
- Mids 0001 and 0400
Standards for Reviewing paperwork?
- All paperwork will be turned in by the end of shift unless granted by exceptions by S3O
- All incident reports occuring during the duty cycle will be turned in before going on break
- Reports/tickeets returned for corrections will be returned within 24 hours
