A
  • IV over 90 minutes for first course; then 60 and 30 minutes
  • 15 mg/kg q 3 weeks (some 7.5 mg/kg); 10 mg/kg q 2 weeks

Toxicities of bevacizumab?

A
  • Hypertension
  • Proteinuria
  • Impaired wound healing (up to 7% fistula rate in GOG 240)
  • Thromboembolic disease
  • GI perforation (1-2%)
  • Reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RPLS) (<1%)
