Q. If you were unhappy with your job, how would you discuss this with your boss?
A. I’ve always had good relationships with everyone I’ve worked for, so I think it would be to everyone’s benefit for me to be direct with my boss. First, I would make a list of the things I’m unhappy with, as well as suggestions for improving each situation. I would then ask for a meeting with my boss to go over the list point by point, being careful not to place any blame.
You seem to be overqualified for this position. Why do you want this job?
A. I definitely bring a lot of skills to this job. I look forward to using my experience to help your company grow.
Q. How do you handle criticism?
A. I think criticism can be a valuable tool. It forces me to take
a look at my own work to see how I can improve on it.
