Aggressive clinical course - systemic symptoms and disseminated disease
Skin involvement with sparing of the marrow/extranodal sites
ALK neg pt younger/lower LDH/better performance status/increased extranodal invovlement
90% of children ALK positive
Rare CNS involvement

A
Failure free survival ALK + (60%) >ALK - (36%)
Overall better survival and response the chemo than other PTCL

A
Aggressive but with similar course to DLBCL
Children - intensive anthracycline based tx
Adults - ABVD vs MACOP-B equivalent results
Potential role for allogenic transplant with GVL effect
