Ok to service after min of 15 minutes.

When commanded on in AUTO will run for 5 min. If pressure still low, will continue to cycle

5 Rules of Bleed Air management
-Left engine and APU can not bleed at same time
-single engine single pack
-source priorities ENG>APU>RAM AIR
-ON selection overrides AUTO
-when PRV valve is commanded closed HPV closes as well
