White cheesy exudate when squeezed
Occurs in clusters
Molluscum contagiosum
Widely spread blotchy red spots
Slightly itchy
Over all body
Disappearing and reappearing
Mild fever
NON specific viral rash
Macular rash starting on face
Cold like symptoms
Swollen glands before rash appears
Rubella
Bright red rash starting as small spots on neck
Face becomes flushed
Rash blanches on pressure
Pale tongue
Sore throat
Fever
Scarlet fever
Rash appears bright red scald on cheeks
Spreads faintly on body
Mild headache
Joint pain possible
Slapped cheek disease
Sore throat fever
Loss of appetite
Mouth ulcers and rash
Spots become blisters
Hand foot mouth disease
Single red pinkish circular patches
Lesions have red scaly edge
Occur on scalp body groin
Can cause patchy hair loss if on scalp
Nails thick discoloured and crumble if on nail

Wet white macerated area between toes
Itchy white patches
Cracked skin
Skin looks white and soggy
Athletes foot
Small black dot
Thickened skin
On soles of feet
Verruca
Hard corns- Tops of toes hard grey surrounded by yellow inflamed skin
Soft corns- between toes whitened appearance
Calluses- balls of feet, heel or big toe flattened yellowed skin , small circle of hard skin
