A remedy is something that helps to fix a problem. Example: The doctor’s remedy made her better.
Odious
Disgusting, repugnant, foul
Something that is odious is extremely unpleasant. Example: The odious boy picked his nose!
Nimble
Agile, acrobatic, supple, flexible
Nimble means quick and light in movement. Example: The agile athlete jumped over the hurdles like a gazelle.
Necessary
Imperative, essential, vital, crucial
Necessary means required or needed. Example: It is imperative to eat your vegetables for good health.
Rotate
Revolve, spin
To rotate means to turn around a center point. Example: The wheel rotated so fast it looked like it was flying!
Tranquil
Peaceful, quiet, calm
Tranquil means free from disturbance. Example: She fell asleep in the tranquil countryside, dreaming of fluffy clouds.
