Describe reference delusions?
Believing that messages are for them from other media E.G. radio/tv
Describe paranoid delusions?
They think that something is happening to them
Describe grandeur delusions?
They think they are the greatest
Difference between hallucinations and delusions?
Hallucinations are sensory, delusions are beliefs.

Loads of clothes in summer

Why does the patient have disorganised speech?
Jumbled thought processes
