A

Pre-Renal: Haemolytic, drugs, coagulation disorders

Renal: renal cell carcinoma, glomerulonephritis, IgA nephropathy, renal stones, trauma

Ureter: transitional cell carcinoma (TCC), congenital abnormalities

Bladder: TCC, squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, cystitis, stone, trauma, schistosomiasis

Prostate: cancer, BPH

Urethra: TCC, stricture
