- by abuse of position
- by failing to disclose

Assault occasioning actual bodily harm - s47 Offences Against the Person Act (OAPA) 1861

Wounding or inflicting grievous bodily harm - s20 OAPA 1861

Simple criminal damage (exceeding £5000)

Simple arson

Any attempts to commit the above offences
