Condition of a female who has not experienced sexual intercourse and whose genital organs have not been altered by carnal connection
Virginity
State of not knowing the nature of sexual life and not having experienced sexual relation.
Applies to children below the age of puberty and whose sex organs and secondary sex characteristics are not yet developed.
Moral Virginity
Condition of a woman who permits any form of sexual liberties as long as they abstain from rupturing the hymen by sexual act
Demi-virginity
Literally the term refers to a truly virgin woman. There are no structural changes in her organ to infer a previous sexual intercourse. She is a virtuous woman
Virgo intacta
A woman is conscious of the nature of sexual life but has not experienced sexual intercourse.
Applies to women who have reached sexual maturity but have not experienced sexual intercourse
Physical virgin
Condition wherein the hymen is intact and the opening small to barely admit the tip of the smallest finger of the examiner
True physical virgin
The hymen is unruptured but the orifice is wide and elastic to admit 2 or more fingers
False physical virgin
Laceration or rupture of the hymen as the result of sexual intercourse
Defloration;
All other lacerations of the hymen which are not caused by sexual act is not defloration
Defloration that does not go beyond one half of the whole width of the hymen
Superficial
Defloration more than half of the width of the hymen but not reaching the base
Deep laceration
Death related to sexual act:
Causes of death of male partner (2)
Death from natural causes
Death due to defensive act of woman-victim
Death related to sexual act:
Death of a female partner (2)
Accidental
Homicide
Death of both partners (2)
Asphyxia/CO poisoning
Homicide-suicide pact
