What is wave drag?
Develops when a swimmer is moving quickly across the top of the water
What is viscous drag?
High pressure builds up when body is moving through the water causing turbulence
What are eddy currents?
Caused by poor stroke technique and riding too low in the water
What is frontal drag?
When body rises too low in the water, producing large surface area
What is stroke length?
Speed/ Stroke Rate
