Rules of Swimming are
1) A swimmer who obstructs the way can be expelled.
2) If a person lags behind because of interruption by other player, he can participate again.
3) In all events all the swimmer has to touch the last corner of the pool while turning.
4) Diving to the bottom is not allowed.
5) No swimmer can wear a dress that makes him swim faster.
6) Swimmers must start and finish on the same lane.
