(Warning Systems) What are the items that will cause the “Takeoff Configuration Warning” system to activate when you advance the Thrust Levers?
- Stabilizer trim (Not in the Green Band)
- SPEED BRAKE Lever is not in the DOWN position
- Spoilers are not down
- Parking Brake is set
- Leading Edge Devices are not Configured for Takeoff
- Flaps not in the Takeoff Range (1 - 25)

The horn can be cancelled momentarily by pushing the ALT HORN CUTOUT switch on the Cabin Altitude overhead panel.

They both use the same horn - If the horn is heard on the ground it is the Takeoff Configuration Warning Horn; and if the horn is heard in flight it is the Cabin Altitude Warning Horn.

Clacker Sound - only way to silence it is to slow down below Vmo/Mmo.

At all times the aircraft is in flight; it is deactivated while the aircraft is on the ground.

By pressing the buttons on the Stall Warning Test panel located on the Overhead Panel (No. 1 activates the Captain’s stick shaker and No. 2 activates the First Officer’s stick shaker).

- Disengage Autopilot
- Disengage Auto Throttles
- Apply Emergency Thrust
- Simultaneously Roll Wings Level and Rotate to 20 degrees Nose Up
- Retract Speed Brakes
- If terrain contact is still a threat continue rotation up to pitch limit indicator

GSPAM (Gps, Speed trim, Pseu, Auto slat fail, Mach trim).
