- McGill University grows food in community gardens in the city to supply local initiatives with food to create meals fir city members
- A group picks hanging fruit for people who can’t pick it themselves & they share the fruit
- Lufa Farms has a giant pesticide free greenhouse built on top of an industrial building the grows food year round with hydropontics, they reuse irrigation & deliver food to the local community

- Collecting drainage to irrigate parks, creating underpass parks (under highways)
