What are current MEES Regulations?
Lvl 2 A - Why was the property partially dilapidated?
Brickwork looked tired, cladding was poor and dated
Lvl2 A - Key information for the property

Lvl 2 B - What were the individual headings within the strategic alignment section?
Integration Goals - Does it improve connectivity? So considering onward travel like buses, trams, taxis, cycling…
Environmental - Does it consider Renewable energy? Solar panels? Re-use of materials? Off site construction (modern method of construction)
Social Value - Does it add Greenspace? Does it Enhance accessibility? Deliver Affordable Housing?
Economic Impact - Job creation during construction and operation.
Lvl 2 B - How did the scoring and weighting work?
Allowed us to consider how the different options achieved different outcomes against key client objectives.
During this feasibility study, viability was more of a consideration than a means to an end.
The same framework was applied to all stations - even though they all had different strengths and weaknesses.
Bigger stations and ones with more land ownership performed better as they had more delivery scope.
Lvl 2 B - What eco-friendly materials and renewable energy considerations were considered?
Solar panels, Green roofs, Biophilic designs and re-using construction materials
But this was RIBA (Royal Institution of Royal Architects) stage 0 - Strategic Definition
Lvl 2 B - What is energy infrastructure?
Just relating to more than just gas/oil energy uses, with wind and solar considerations
Lvl2 B - What is social value?
