- Bloods including Calcium, Sodium
- CT head initially
- MRI gold standard

How would I manage a patient with a confirmed space occupying lesion?
A
- Dexamethasone 16mg + PPI
- Urgent neurosurgery if low GCS, midline shift, mass effect
- Speak to ICU
- Referral for neurosurgery MDT
- Inform parent team or AO, if not known diagnosis will need staging CT scan
