Drugs to stop? (I LACK OP)

A

Insulin, Lithium, Anticoagulants/antiplatelets, COCP/HRT, K-sparing diuretics,Oral hypoglycaemics, Perindopril, and other ACE inhibitors.
Also stop metformin as it may cause lactic acidosis as the patient will be nil by mouth.
For diabetes, need to start a sliding scale and hourly BM monitoring.
