How to identify adductor tubercle?
A
Thigh has to be abducted & laterally rotated slightly flexed palpate along fleshy part of medial side of thigh. First bony prominence would be it.

A
- First point - 2.5 cm medial on the transverse line from mid point draw between upper 2/3 and lower 1/3 on the back of thigh
- Back of knee
3 mid point on transverse line draw on neck of fibula

How to draw posterior tibial artery?
A
- First point at the end of popliteal artery.
- Second point between two malleoli

How to draw TIBIAL nerve
A
- Midpoint of the line on the back of the thigh at the junction of upper to 3rd and one 1/ third.
- A point at the middle of the line at the back of tibial tuberosity.
- Point of the end of posterior tibial artery.
