Surah Al-Fatihah - The Opener

Question 1

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

Answer 1

In the Name of Allah, The Most Kind, The Most Merciful.

Question 2

ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ

Answer 2

All praise is for Allah—The Lord of the Universe

Question 3

ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ٣

Answer 3

The Most Kind, The Most Merciful

Question 4

مَـٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ ٤

Answer 4

Master of the Day of Judgement

Question 5

إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ

Answer 5

You ˹alone˺ we worship and You ˹alone˺ we ask for help.

Question 6

ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ ٦

Answer 6

Guide us to The Straight Path,

Question 7

صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ

Answer 7

the Path of those You have blessed—not those You are angry with, or those who are lost.
