A

Former detainees of Guantanamo bay claimed the British secret service shared responsibility for their treatment
British gov said that evidence against the SS shouldn’t be shown in court case due to national security

Court ruled that the free and fair nature of cases meant that the governments statement was redundant and voted in favour of the detainees
