x However, by 1933 the support dramatically fell to only 34%

Coalitions - 6 Governments
- Between 1924 and 1929 Weimar saw 6 different governments who ran the constitution.
x However, this voting system caused concern within the public, showed instability, and caused many to question the effectiveness of democracy.

Coalitions - list system

✓ Parties had control over higher powers and therefore more power over Germany.
x No commuication between voters and parties meant that they were unpopular and distrusted.
