A
The pharmacist and ward manager agree a stock level.
ATOs (assistant technical officers) are in charge of maintaining stock:
- check quantity on ward
- order from pharmacy store/stock room
- ward is restocked from pharmacy

Pharmacist screens if drug patient is taking is in stock or not; S - in stock, NS- not in stock; needs ordering.
