During your CQ, you will be exposed to several different scenarios requiring you to draw on your vast operational knowledge. The following are some suggested references for you to review to prepare you for your CQ experience:
Ditching
FAA requires periodic ditching training. This year you’ll experience a ditching scenario during departure at less than 5,000 ft. Be sure to review this checklist thoroughly.

Air Conditioning Panel Setup

Flight Suite
For your 2024 CQ you will be able to use Flight Suite during your LOE as you would out on the line (authorized for use for landing at any time at the Captain’s discretion). In order to use Flight Suite in the training environment you will need to follow these steps:
Go to Utilities Tab>Tap on the Mode Selector (should currently say “Line Ops Mode”)>Select “Training”>Enter the password “train”>Select Confirm. Flight Suite will then alert you that it is in Training Mode. After entry into training mode there will also be an amber dashed border around the screen to also signify that you are in Training Mode.
