A
- PTA’s
- Need to have certificate
- Need to have 2,000 hours of onsite supervision
- PT needs to deem them competent to practice under general supervision

How many people can a PT supervise?
A
- MAX of 3
- – If 3, then:
- —– 1 HAS to be a PTA
- —– No MORE than 2 can be PTAs under general supervision
- —– All aides/students/interim permit holders need onsite supervision

Requirements of general supervision
A
- PT is READILY available - can be reached within 15 minutes via telecommunication
- Can come to practice the SAME DAY if deemed necessary by PT

- PT is on premises
- PT is IMMEDIATELY available
