How can the thermal S-Z effect be used?

A

Observe x-ray and microwave wavelengths of high redshift Galaxy clusters to observe the thermal structure of the galaxy cluster to be measured. And make an estimate for Hubble’s constant. Can also indirectly measure the mass of a cluster.
