- press through the back heel

INHALE
- Keep front foot stacked over your ankle
- Keep shoulders stacked over hips
- Reach front arm to the sky, wrist stacked over shoulder and bring back arm to hip
Deepners:
- Press through your feet
- Square your shoulders to the side
- Really reach the front arm up stretching through the side
