A

Descriptive: explains data that you have. Inferential uses the data that you have to say something about a bigger population

What is data?

A

Any collected information. ie: the number of SK AP Stats students who went to the beach Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (7, 2, 10)

A

The group that you are interested in. Usually a big group like, “all teenagers in the US” but sometimes smaller like, “AP Stats students at SK”
