Muggle Butterbeer

2 oz butterscotch schnapps
2 oz ice cream mix or soy/almond milk
4 oz root beer
Shake all ingredients with ice until tin is frosty; fill mug halfway with ice and strain over. Top with ice and root beer as needed.

For muggle: omit schnapps and add 1 oz vanilla simple syrup

Coffee a la crow

Answer 2

1 oz kahlua
1 oz Bailey’s

Place liquer in storm crow mug and set up with whip cream and nutmeg shaker; server will fill with coffee and top with whip and spice.

Question 3

Corpse Reanimator

Answer 3

0.75 oz Gordon’s gin
0.75 oz Lilet
0.75 oz Triple Sec
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz simple
Spritz absinthe

Chill coup glass and spritz with absinthe
Shake all other ingredients over ice
Strain into coup
Rim glass with lemon peel and drop in glass

2oz Jim Beam
0.5 oz brown simple
2 shakes angostura bitters
2 shakes orange bitters

Add all ingredients and a scoop of ice to a shaker and stir for 30 seconds.
Place rock in old fashioned glass and strain over. Rim glass with orange peel and drop in glass.

Peach’s Iced Tea

1.5 oz Jim Beam
0.5 oz peach schnapps
0.5 oz lemon juice
6 oz iced. Tea

Fill mug with ice and add bourbon, schnapps and lemon juice: top with iced tea and garnish with orange wheel.

Release the Kraken

2 oz Kraken Rum
1 oz lime juice
Spritz absinthe
4 oz Ginger beer

Fills Collins glass with ice and spritz with absinthe; fill 2/3 with ginger beer. Layer on lime juice and then rum. Garnish with lime wheel.

1 oz Smirnoff

0. 5 oz blue bols
1. 5 oz peach schnapps
2. 5 oz lemon juice
3. 5 oz simple

Shake all ingredients in a shaker until frosty. Place one piece dry ice in a tulip glass and fill with ice. Strain over top and top with soda water. Garnish with lemon wheel and straw**

2 oz Jim Beam
1 oz raspberry compote
Mint
2 lemon wheels

Slap mint and add to shaker with lemon wheels and bourbon. Add compote and ice and shake until frosty. Fill old fashioned glass with ice and strain over, topping with soda.
Garnish with lemon wheel and nice sprig of mint.

1 oz peach schnapps
2 oz OJ
1 oz blueberry compote

Add all ingredients in shaker with ice and shake until frosty. Strain over fresh ice in a tulip glass and garnish with orange wheel and 2 speared maraschino cherries.

4-5 mint leaves
0.5 oz simple
2 oz raspberry compote
1 oz lime juice

Shake all ingredients in a tin with ice until frosty. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with lime wheel.

Mister Nickel’s Mango Meanie

1 oz mango juice
2 oz Pineapple juice
Ginger ale

Add one piece of dry ice to a tulip glass and fill with ice. Add juices and top with ginger ale.
Garnish with lime wheel and straw**

1 oz blueberry compote
1 oz lemon juice
Soda

Fill tulip glass with ice and add blueberry compote and lemon juice. Top with soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Question 13

Potion of Power

8 oz OJ
6oz pineapple juice
1 oz grenadine 
7oz 7up 
Pinch of luster dust

Fill bottom of flask container with dry ice
Combine all except 7up in shaker over ice and shake until frosty. Add 7up.
Add ice and glow cube to glasses.
Pour into flask when server is ready.

Question 14

Infinity Shots

3 oz vodka
1.5 triple sec
1.5 oz lillet
3 oz lemon

Set up lightboard with piece of dry ice in each of the shot glasses’ lower compartment (secure tightly).
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until frosty.
Begin pouring the mix into all 6 shot glasses evenly as the server cues up the music.

Vader Bowl

1 pint Lonetree apple cider
16oz Vader mix (4oz liquor mix 12oz juice mix)

Add scoop dry ice and 2 glow cubes to a Vader helmet insert and add 2 scoops of ice. Add the required numbers of straws. Measure out Vader mix and pour pint of Lonetree, setting up on the pass for the server.

Gargleblaster (this recipe may be inaccurate)

4 oz mint gin infusion
1 oz Luxardo maraschino 
2 oz lemon juice
2 oz simple
4 oz ginger beer
4 oz soda

Mix all ingredients in a measuring cup. Add dry ice to decanter/flask. Add ice and glow lights to required number of footed highball glasses with straws.
Set up on pass for server

Question 17

Mimic

Answer 17

1 bottle of sparkling wine 
5 oz Hennessy 
1 oz triple sec
2oz Lemon juice 
3 oz simple

Engage audio device and place under insert. Turn on eyes. Add plastic skull and surround with ice, dry ice, and 3 light cubes. Add straws.
Shake all ingredients except sparkling wine iver ice. When server is ready, pour over sparkling wine and have server cue music; add mixed ingredients and send it out.
